Cosmic Crawler- Error Loading Data Files cosmic Crawler will now quit

I foolishly down loaded this "app" even after reading reviews that it wont load. I thought Id give it try because according to the "Whats New, etc." this problem was corrected. All I know is that I threw away 3 bucks.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS "APP." IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. "Error Loading Data Files Cosmic Crawler Has Now Taken Up Your Time & Money!
